The best Indian food Ive had in a long time not fancy, just tasty and well prepared, not slobbered with sauces as in so many of the kind. Some dishes I had not seen before, like avocado bhel poori, which was excellent.
Cute little place with wonderful ambiance and Great food, Also has a bar with wide range of Indian and international drinks, enjoyed dining in and taking out a few times.

My new fave Indian restaurant in New Haven. Perfectly spiced with just the right amount of heat. My chicken appetizer was a great surprise and worth skipping my usual samosa. The onion kulcha was a perfect accompaniment to my lamb.
Not sure why there is not a line out the door. This place is amazing stellar Indian food. Must try the crispy okra. Trust me absolutely delicious and unlike any Indian dish Ive had. We keep coming back because the food and service is impeccable.
First and foremost, the service is impeccable with the waiters being very attentive. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The food is by far the best Indian food I have ever had here in CT, second to none. I would highly recommend taking the drive and having some of the best Indian food outside of India.
